Through The Looking Glass

What. A. Year this has been. I want to start this post off by thanking each & every one of you, once again, for showing us so much love and support so far this year. When Flam 7 first materialized in the Spring, I had no idea what this year would bring. Heck, I didn't even know entirely what the project would become. At first, my dream was to create a brand that connected the ENTIRE percussion world, from touring kit players to orchestral virtuosos to marching percussion educators, and beyond. I spent hours upon hours reaching out to connections I had established over the years, and the hardest question I always had to answer is: "What EXACTLY are you trying to do here?". I had no idea!

Fast forward to a few months later, and I had it all figured out. The marching arts community was my home. It's where I had developed as a young musician, and where I had honed in on my craft for so many years. So the evolution of Flam 7 from anything & everything percussion became a bit more focused; it's even in the name, so I should have known.

I've learned a lot this year, and have (virtually) met some incredible people, and it is with this momentum that I write today, excited for the coming year and everything that we plan to accomplish here at Flam 7.

This coming year, our goal is continue expanding on our main motto - Community over everything. While we all must continue to adapt & evolve to the global pandemic, I firmly believe that the platform we have built will allow us to continue connecting to and serving all of you with the information and resources you need to achieve your goals, whatever they might be.

One of our largest growing support tools is our Discord server, and if you are not hip to Discord, or simply haven't gotten around to joining us in there, I highly recommend it! It's free, and such a great platform to allow everyone to quickly share ideas, feedback, ask questions, and stay up-to-date with the goings on here at Flam 7. CLICK HERE to join!

As a lot of you have probably discovered by now, we are also extremely active on Instagram. We love hearing from our followers, so please feel free to provide suggestions, feedback, or comments on anything and everything, whenever you like!

And finally, FLAM7.COM. We have a TON of great things coming in the new year, including an ever-expanding inventory of gear, the new Flam 7 Custom Shop in California, and some exciting new collaborations and partnerships! Make sure you bookmark the site and check back often, as it's changing all the time. If you want to stay up-to-date on the go, consider signing up for the mailing list to receive updates on the latest and greatest!

And now, to introduce the people that help behind the scenes here at Flam 7, and who are absolutely to thank for everything we have been able to accomplish this year. Their names are linked to their IG accounts, so don't be shy! Go say hi & drop a follow!

In closing, I just want to send a tremendously huge I LOVE YOU to everyone in this community that pours their heart & soul into what they do. From the outside looking in, it may just be band. But from the inside, we hope all of you see what we do - a supportive and life-altering activity that defies expectations every day.

Let's make this year one to remember, shall we? I look forward to conquering the world with each and every one of you. Let's get to work.
